What is the difference between Product Advisor and CPO for your project?
Product Advisor means monthly sessions with the founder and team, decision reviews and chat support. CPO for your project is 3+ months: I take ownership of the product and am accountable for strategy, team and results.
How much does a fractional CPO cost?
The first 30-minute review is free. The price of advisory and the CPO role is agreed after the review, based on your stage and task.
For how long can I bring in a CPO?
Product Advisor works month to month. The CPO role for your project starts at 3 months.
What is your experience as a CPO?
9 years as Product Leader and CPO, 30+ ML launches, teams of 50+ people. As CPO I led Smarteka (1M+ users) and the Datamasters ML projects platform (15,000+ participants).
Can you work with an English-speaking team?
Yes, I work in English and Russian, including projects with clients across the EU.
What if I am looking for a co-founder?
That is a separate format: I join projects as co-founder and CPO. Equity and vesting are discussed individually, based on the stage and my contribution.
